Shipping Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

All items will be sent via Royal Mail.  The method of shipping will be Second Class, First class or Tracked as determined at the point of sale.

Items will be shipped within 5-7 business days, and then should arrive within 5-7 business days.  Please allow up to 2 weeks from point of sale to receive items, unless special circumstances have been pre-arranged.

Personalised, and commission pieces have a 2-8 week turnaround.  I will be in constant contact regarding these items to give updates on when shipment should be expected.

Items can be cancelled at any point up to postage of said item, and a refund will be issued.  Once shipped items can be returned within 14 days, please contact me immediately if this is something you wish to do and further instructions can be discussed.  Returns outside of this 14 day window may not be viable.

If items are damaged on receipt of item immediate contact should be made, with accompanying pictures of the item and damage. This issue will need to be taken up with the Royal Mail and pictures would be required as evidence.

All return items will be offered a refund or replacement, however the cost of returning the items will be up to the customer.

​

Returns outside of the 14 day window will be on a case by case basis.

​

Exceptions to the return policy include items which are sold with known defects, sale items and all commission pieces.
